Clearing the Shooting Schedule and other Actions
FilmToolz allows you to clear the shooting schedule and start your work from scratch. You can clear the shooting schedule either entirely or partially, specifying the dates you need to free up from any scenes.
To clear the shooting schedule, go to the “Shooting schedule” screen, open the “Actions” menu and select “Clear SS”.
If you wish to clear the entire shooting schedule, keep the tick in the “All days” field of the window.
If you want to clear specific dates, choose “Period”, specify the dates to clear in the shooting schedule, and then click on “Continue”.
After making your selection, the system will prompt you to enter your account password for security reasons. Enter your password and click on “Continue.”
Subsequently, the system will export a backup copy of the shooting schedule in Excel format to your PC. You can use this file to restore the shooting schedule in the future if needed. Wait for the download to finish and click on “Continue.”
Then the system will show the dates scheduled for the scenes already marked as actually shot, provided that such scenes were present in the part of the shooting schedule to be cleared.
These scenes cannot be deleted from the shooting schedule without changing their status. After you do so, the clearing of the shooting schedule may be deemed complete.
