If a user pays for a wrong project by mistake, they will need to send an e-mail to info@filmtoolz.ru providing the link to the project paid for by mistake, and the link to the project to be enabled. If the payer does not have the “Super-administrator” role, it is necessary to CC one of the project super-administrators in the open copy and wait for their acknowledgement.
The money may be transferred on the payment date only.
