Logs (Change History)
FilmToolz will save the information about all actions of the users under the project. Access to this history of actions may be gained in the “Users and roles – Change history” menu.
The records in the change history include the name of the user, description of the action, and name of the item that has been changed, for example, “Episode change: 1”, as well as the date and time of the action.
Each record contains information on the parameter of the item that was changed, its former and new values. In order to see the changes, left-click on the record.
For users’ convenience, the system allows for filtering of records in the change history. You can set the following filters for the record:
1) Date of the change – to do so, indicate the period when the change took place.
2) Specific actions of a user – to do so, select the desired action in the drop-down list.
3) System items – to do so, specify the name of desired item.
4) Name of the user making the change – to do so, select the user name in the drop-down list.
For instance, to find out who changed Scene 1-9, select “Scene changes” and specify the scene number.
The change history cannot be deleted or edited by users.
Access to the change history is possible only on the "Project" tariff plan.
