Attendance Sheet
The system makes it possible to export a “Attendance sheet” – a register of actual presence during the shooting day for actors, equipment, etc. to be signed by counterparties at the end of the shooting day. FilmToolz will develop a ready-to-print check list by reference to the data from the call sheet – you just need to download it and print it out.
In order to export it, go to the call sheet page and select “Attendance Sheet” in the drop-down export menu.
The data on actors’ arrival to be included in the check list are retrieved from the “Call” column on the call sheet page.
The exported Excel file will include such modules as “Actors” and “Departments” matching the tabs for “Actors” and “Elements”.
