Exporting the Shooting Schedule (short / full form)
After building the shooting schedule, you can export it in Excel format at any time, either in full or short form. To do so, click on the arrow next to the “Export” button and select the type of export you need.
A short-form shooting schedule provides a summary of the scheduled shooting days including date, number of scenes scheduled for the day, sets, characters, and total pages/screen time.
A full-form shooting schedule appears as a more detailed table describing each scene, shooting date, day time and other relevant details. This type of exported shooting schedule makes it possible for the scheduling person to see the basic information about the shooting day without referring to the call sheet.
