Scenes View Settings in the Shooting Schedule
While building the shooting schedule, you can select one of the two views of scenes in the top right corner of the calendar.
The “By sets” view of the shooting schedule groups the scenes by sets, whatever their scheduled order.
This view is convenient for visualizing the number of sets in the shooting day, and therefore, assessing the scheduling performance – the need to relocate the crew and change the sets.
The second view makes it possible to see the scenes in the order they appear in the call sheet.
To set the order of the scenes without going to the call sheet screen, you can drag a scene with the mouse to put it in the right place.
Please note that moving the scenes in a day that has already been scheduled, the call time for actors and elements does not change automatically, it must be adjusted on the call sheet page through the "Recalculate time" tool. You can learn more about this in the corresponding lesson.
When adding the scenes “By sets”, every new scene you add will be placed at the end of the schedule for the day, and you will be able to move it to the right place on the call sheet page.
