Refund of erroneous payment
If you mistakenly paid for the wrong project and want to return the funds, send us an email to info@filmtoolz.ru with a refund request and a link to the project.
A refund is possible only if you apply on the day of payment and is processed within 21 working days (in most cases within 3-5 days) to the bank card from which the payment was made.
