Paid Options and Additional Services
In addition to the subscription plan, FilmToolz offers options that you can add regardless of the subscription plan you choose. For instance, you have the “Basic” subscription plan, but you need to build and distribute call sheets. You can enable the desired feature for one or several days, and disable it later. A detailed list of options is available on the “Pricing & payments” page in the “Project`s settings” section.
Please note that the amounts for enabled options are debited on a daily basis, provided that the account has the required balance, until the option is disabled, or a subscription plan that includes these features is activated.
In order to enable or disable an option for a project, click on the corresponding control tool on the right side of the options table.
The options included in the current subscription plan are shown as “enabled” options in the table, and they cannot be disabled.
In addition, you can go to the “Plans & Pricing” page to order additional services:
- Initial script import and configuring of your project.
- Restoring project data.
These services are provided by our managers manually, and their cost will depend on the work scope. To submit a request, click the required button and specify the work scope. We will try to respond as soon as possible.
The information about all debits from and credits to your project account is recorded in the “History of operations” section.
To view the history, click on the “History of operations” under the current balance of the project account.
