Activity logs
FilmToolz logs all actions of the users in the current project (if your subscription plan has this option). To access this information mouse over “Users and roles – Activity logs” menu.
Activity logs include the name of the user, description of the action, and name of the item that has been changed, for example, “Episode change: 1”, as well as the date and time of the action.
Each record contains information on the parameter of the item that was changed, its former and new values. In order to see the changes, left-click on the record.
For users’ convenience, the system allows filtering of records in the activity logs. You can set the following filters for the record:
1) Date of the change – to do so, indicate the period when the change took place.
2) Specific actions of a user – to do so, select the desired action in the drop-down list.
3) System items – to do so, specify the name of desired item.
4) Name of the user making the change – to do so, select the user name in the drop-down list.
For instance, to find out who changed Scene 1-9, select “Scene changes” and specify the scene number.
Activity logs cannot be deleted or edited by users.
Access to activity logs is not provided in the “Basic” and “Pro” subscription plans and is available only in "Business" subscription plan; however, if necessary, you can add this option for a single or multiple days in the “Options” section on the “Rates and payments” page.
