Add Users to a Project

FilmToolz is a multi-user online service allowing to manage project team by allocating each user's access rights. 

 

To add a user to the project, go to the "Users" menu option.

 

To add a new user, click Create.

 

Enter the following information in the pop-up window:

  • Login, i. e. the e-mail address of the user you want to add to the system. If you don't remember your login, just start typing your username (e.g. Petr Fedorov), and the system will automatically suggest users with the same name who had common projects with you before. 
  • Role that you want to assign to the user under the project. You may assign one or multiple roles.

Is an accountable counterparty field is being beta tested and is optional. 


 

If the user has registered in the system before, they will receive an email invitation with a link to the project. If the user is not registered, they will receive an e-mail with an invitation to sign up. Their status will change to Invited in the user list.
